Customized Home Staging® offers a range of services to meet the needs of the home seller for the lowest possible investment and the largest return on investment. We are dedicated to securing as much equity as possible for the home seller.
STAGING® PACKAGE FOR OCCUPIED HOMES
The Staging® Package consists of the following services:
- Telephone interview with the REALTOR® and Homeowner to determine need.
- First visit to conduct Exterior and Room by Room Interior Analysis.
- Itemized Recommendations Report with copies for REALTOR® and Homeowner.
- Development of Detailed Plan to accomplish tasks itemized on the Report.
- Set Deadline for tasks to be done with input from REALTOR® and Homeowner.
- Followup Phone Calls to keep track of work progress.
- Second visit to complete furniture, accessory, and art arrangements.
- Certification that the house is Staged®, allowing us to attach the "Staged Home" sign rider to the agent's sign and allowing us to list the house on StagedHomes.com under "Properties for Sale". Currently, the StagedHomes.com website is receiving 3.5 million hits per month, many of these are buyers looking for a Staged® Home to buy!
The fees for the Staging® Package are based on the size of the house and the amount of Staging® required. The fee will be disclosed upon viewing the property.
NOTE: Occasionally, we get a request to do only the analysis without the followup. This can be done, but a great deal of the expertise that an ASP brings to the Staging process shows up in the final Staging. Don't sell yourself short by not taking advantage of the vision and critical attention to detail offered by an ASP. A non-certified house cannot be advertised as a "Staged® Home" nor can it be listed on StagedHomes.com under "Properties for Sale." Call Cheryl for the analysis only fee.
VACANT HOUSE STAGING® SERVICES
Vacant house Staging® services are available using inventory provided by Defining Touch for furniture and accessories or using local furniture rental inventory. After discussing the client's needs, Cheryl will go to the house, take digital photos, and prepare a FREE bid for Staging®. Staged vacant homes have a decided advantage over the empty vacant homes on the market. Prospective buyers are better able to envision how the space will accommodate their furnishings when some degree of Staging is done. Buyers need something to relate to in the space. |
